Hello, my name is Jillian, I am twenty-years old and studying to be a buyer, my dream job! My 'passion for fashion' began at quite a young age as I was always in my mother's closet trying on her shoes, clothes, and jewelry (fortunately she is a petite size). I was always excited to go on shopping sprees and errands with my mom as a child while my two other sisters dreaded every minute. I also spent most of my childhood playing with dolls and makeup like any average young girl. I would constantly change their wardrobe and make a mess with their hair and makeup (including scissors). As I got older, I noticed I was very open to many styles, my mother allowed me to pick out my own clothing at a very young age because most of the time what I liked she thought was appropriate. I can't say that is the same today, but my openness has grown over a vast span of styles from different eras, colors, textures, shapes, and so on. My style consists of a little bit or a lot a bit of everything, much like my taste in music, it really depends on who or what I'm feeling like being for that day.. odd but a lot fun and never dull. I just like to feel comfortable and confident in my appearance. I would definitely say I like to stand out from the crowd. Anyone that knows me (or who at least follows me on Instagram) would definitely say I am a risk taker, but that's what's so much fun, because after a while, it doesn't come off as a risk anymore, but just how your style is sculpted, which in my case, I like to think interesting and quirky while at other times it can be modest and classic. I believe I have an eye for putting pieces together that will catch others' attention, and that specifically makes me feel good about myself.
